1. Return and Exchange Policy (Tiraz Quality Guarantee)
Our Promise: At Tiraz, we understand that your decision may change. Our goal is to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible, while upholding your right to receive a product that meets our highest quality standards.
Section I: General Rules and Timeframes
- Returns: Customers are eligible to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt. The customer bears the full shipping costs. The product value will be refunded within 14 working days from the date the item is received and inspected at our facilities.
- Exchanges: Customers are eligible to exchange the product within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are permitted in one case only: if the size is incorrect. The customer bears the full shipping costs, in addition to any difference in the product value, if applicable.
- Manufacturing Defect or Order Error: If the product is defective or does not match the specifications, the customer is eligible for exchange/return within 7 days. Tiraz covers the full shipping and processing costs to ensure your satisfaction.
- Exclusions for Sales and Offers: Products purchased during promotions or sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return, with the sole exception of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Section II: Conditions for Acceptance of Return and Exchange
- Product Condition: The item must be in its absolutely original condition, unused, unwashed, and the original tag must not be removed. All original packaging and boxing must be provided.
- Shipping Cost: The customer bears the return or exchange shipping cost of 45 (unless the error was made by Tiraz).
- Sensitive Products (Hygiene): Niqabs, Lathmas, Masks, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange for public health reasons, except in the case of a clear and documented manufacturing defect.
- Exchange Limit: Exchanges are permitted only once per order.
- COD Fees: Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable in the case of a return.
Section III: Cases Where Return or Exchange is Not Accepted
- After the specified return period (3 days) or exchange period (7 days) has passed.
- When the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason, or if it has been used beyond a simple trial purpose.
- Custom-Tailored Products: Products manufactured upon customer request or according to customer-specified measurements (except for documented manufacturing defects).
- Products that have been modified by the customer or a third party.
2. Exclusive Alteration Service Policy
Tiraz is proud to offer our alteration service as an added value for our customers:
- Free Basic Alterations: We offer essential alterations (such as shortening and tightening) free of charge and for an unlimited period (anytime the customer wishes to make the alteration).
- Additional Alterations: Should the customer wish to add external modifications (such as changing the fabric, adding a zipper, trimmings, or any additions not present in the original design), a nominal fee determined by management will be charged to cover the cost of materials and extra labor.
3. Shipping and Delivery (Reliable Logistics Service)
- Domestic Shipping Cost: Domestic shipping costs range from 30 to 40 to all cities in the Kingdom.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders valued at 2000 or more.
- Important Shipping Note: In the event of an exchange or return request, the customer bears the full shipping cost (unless the error was ours), even if the original order benefited from free shipping offers.
- International Shipping Cost: Ranges between 70 and 100 for the GCC and Arab world. The customer bears the full cost of international exchange or return shipping.
- Shipping and Delivery Duration: Shipping and delivery to all cities inside and outside the Kingdom take between 2 to 6 working days after payment confirmation.
4. Available Payment Methods (Secure and Trusted Options)
Tiraz offers a wide range of secure payment options to simplify your purchase:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a fixed fee of 45 only. (This service fee is non-refundable in the case of a return).
- Credit Cards / Mada Cards: You can pay directly through the website using (Visa – Mastercard – Mada). We adhere to the highest security standards (PCI-DSS).
- Bank Transfer: Customers can pay by transferring the amount to one of our approved bank accounts in the name of: Moudhi Al Sulaiman Establishment.
- STC PAY Service: Our customers can pay via the STC Pay service.
